Tanzania are the biggest gainers in the region climbing 22 steps to 135, while Rwanda the greatest losers – dropping 24 places to 117.
Ethiopia and Rwanda who have registered fair performance have dropped 20 places to 124. Burundi IS placed 141 two places down.
Egypt is the best ranked team in Africa at position 19th followed by Senegal who are ranked position 30, Cameroon 33, Burkina Faso 35 and Nigeria at 40 respectively.
In the world Brazil tops the world followed by Argentina, Germany, Chile and Colombia.
