Martha Karau congratulates Wagui Ngirici on her gubernatorial election victory.
This is after Kirinyaga gubernatorial aspirants Anne Waiguru and Wangui Ngirici were embroiled in a war of words on social media
It all started when Waiguru accused her opponent of rigging, adding that her goons had surrounded Kianyaga tallying center in a bid to intimidate and disrupt voter tallying for Gichugu, which is her stronghold.
This led to a bitter exchange online between Kirinyaga County gubernatorial aspirants Wangui Ngirici and Anne Waiguru.

Despite the uncertainties of the allegations, Martha Karua, the Azimio La Umoja presidential running mate has come out and congratulated Ngirici on her gubernatorial election victory.
“Congrats @WanguiNgirici your win is of great significance,” she said.
