Police have launched a massive man hunt for Mavoko MP Patrick Makau over the burning of Syokimau AP camp. Police claim the MP is the one who organized the demos by the 6000 bodaboda riders drawn from Syokimau, Mlolongo and the entire Athi-River district.
The riders vandalized and razed down the structure at the AP camp believed to have been used to hold lawyer Willie Kimani his client Josephat Mwenda and a taxi driver.
The demonstrating boda boda operators claimed that the camp has been used by police to mete torch on innocent Kenyans.
Mavoko MP Patrick Makau led the demos that turned chaotic. The MP however called the demonstrators to practice restraint.
The MP condemned the gruesome murder of the trio.
